Room Policy:
Here at Hotel Costa Brava, we offer a home away from home that’s why we often bend our policies to accommodate the needs of our guests as long as the reason is valid and logical.
We restrict guests from bringing food to their rooms to prevent pest infestation. Our café and restaurant are open for dining to both hotel guests and walk-in customers.
Upon check-in, our staff will bring your luggage to designated rooms and house keeping services is also available upon client request but not mandatory from hotel management’s end.
Form of Payment
We accept cash in Philippine Peso(Php) and all major credit cards as payment.
We don’t charge upfront reservation fee or cancellation fee. But we charge the guest for the entire length of stay in the hotel during check-in. Advance payments made will be forfeited in case they opt to leave before their scheduled check-out date.
We don’t charge reservation fee or any advance payment. We only seek payments upon check-in and we do not offer a money back guarantee. We can assure our guests that our amenities and services are of top quality thus money back guarantee is not necessary.
